As Fresh Scarfs Co., we work with great care and precision to ensure the prompt delivery of all orders placed through our platform. We prepare your orders within 1-2 business days and dispatch them to your address via GLS courier, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Note: For orders placed outside Germany**, there may be delays due to customs procedures, resulting in a later delivery of your order.

EASY-FAST RETURNS

You have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the delivery date. The returned products are expected to be in suitable conditions, undamaged, and unworn.

To initiate a return request, you can log in and create a request under "My Orders > Returns" by selecting the product you want to return. Return requests are processed within business days. After approval, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference code. You can then drop off the product at any courier service with the provided reference code. Return shipping costs are covered by the sender. When your product is returned to the designated point, the full value of your product will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase.
