Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, scarves, hijabs, and accessories must be unworn and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
- Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return

- Ship Your Return: We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
