At Freshscarfs, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free Return Process in line with EU consumer rights.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, scarves, hijabs, and accessories must be unworn and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request 
  2. Pack Your Items Securely: Ensure the products are in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  3. Ship Your Return: We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [support@freshscarfs.co] with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
