Changes & Cancellations
At Freshscarfs, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may change or cancel your order.
1. Order Changes
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to make a change:

Changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order

After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications to:
- Shipping address
- Item size or color
- Order contents
Once an order has been packed or shipped, no changes can be made.
2. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order:

Within 1 hour of purchase: Full cancellation and refund

After 1 hour but before dispatch: We will do our best, but cancellation is not guaranteed

After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled; please refer to our [Return Policy] to initiate a return
To cancel, email support@freshscarfs.co with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
3. Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-orders and custom-made items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

After this window, cancellations are not accepted, as production begins promptly
4. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable:

The original shipping fee is non-refundable

A restocking or return shipping fee may apply
